This is a private application page by Furkan Serafettin Dag. It serves only my application to Luminovo GmbH, offers no goods or services and is closed to search engines. It is not affiliated with Luminovo GmbH.

The page is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco (USA). When you open it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, time, page requested and browser type) to deliver the page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For this, Cloudflare acts as my processor and, according to Cloudflare, keeps this data only for a limited period. Traffic data that Cloudflare additionally analyses to protect its own network is processed by Cloudflare under its own responsibility, according to its privacy policy. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and otherwise on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

There are no cookies, no tracking and no third-party content. The fonts are served from the same server as the page. Links to saloonea.de lead to a separate site with its own privacy policy.

If you write to me, I use your details only to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for that.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).

Duration

Once the application process has ended, I take the page offline and delete the project at the host.
